We are currently experiencing an intermittent problem with opening docx and xlsx Lecturers Guide file types which we can't pinpoint. Not all staff are affected by this but should you encounter that a document downloads as a zip file, save it as its respective file type (eg. .docx / .xlsx) to view it and work around this problem.
